To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China and the 17th anniversary of the founding of Xindong, in order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of all employees and enhance the cohesion of the team, Xindong held the first tug of war competition in the square in front of the office building on the afternoon of September 27, and 48 employees from six groups enthusiastically signed up to participate.

During the whole competition, the team members of each group worked hard and cooperated with each other. With sweat and perseverance, they showed the collective sense of honor and team spirit of sincere unity and working side by side, which pushed the competition to a wonderful climax again and again. The cheerleaders on the scene were enthusiastic, cheering, and the uniform slogan added a touch of bright color to the competition.

The tug of war competition was a complete success. After fierce competition, the second production team and the first production team respectively won the champion and the second runner up in the men's group, and the functional department team won the champion in the women's group.
